Baviera (D) 2017
This plant has been designed to replace an outdated process and erected into an existing building to treat 100 tph of 0 – 150 mm sand and gravel (90% quartz).
The original conveyor belt, fitted into a tunnel outside, feeds the new rinsing screen placed straightly at the top of the log washer in order to:
- stock on pile the material > 32 mm
- convey the fraction 4 – 32 mm into the log washer
- send the particles 0 – 4 mm into the existing sand compact plant
The log washer over – flow is treated onto an apposite dewatering screen in order to remove the light particles (pieces of woods, plastic strips, coal, etc.) from the slurry (H2O + particles < 4 mm) conveyed into the above mentioned sand compact plant.
The final rinsing screen removes the eventual particles < 4 mm (thanks to the fresh water) that are sent into the above mentioned sand compact plant and produces the three typical products, perfectly clean, needed into the batching plants:
- 4 – 8 mm
- 8 – 16 mm
- 16 – 32 mm
