Trentino-Alto Adige (I) 2008
This plant has been realized to treat 150 tph of 0 – 600 mm sand and gravel.
The Customer decided to use some “machines” and conveyor belts already fitted in one plant of his in order to reduce the initial investment.
The primary unit treats the raw material and a dry vibrating screen splits it in:
- 0 – 30 mm, sent to the washing section or stocked on pile
- 30 – 60 mm, sent to secondary jaw crusher or stocked on pile
- 60 – 150 mm, sent into the secondary jaw crusher and then into the secondary impact crushing unit
The material from the impact crusher is conveyed onto the same above mentioned dry vibrating screen in order to produce 0 – 30 mm in “close circle”.
This fraction is lastly treated into a log washer that removes the floating fraction (wood, plastic, etc. …) and melts the silt included into the raw material.
The treated product is washed and selected by the final rinsing screen.
The sand is washed and recovered by a sand compact plant equipped with an hydro-cyclone.
