Description
The Slovenian Customer commissioned us two vibrating screens and a bucket wheel able to treat up to 80 tph of 0 – 200 mm alluvional material.
The first vibrating screen, equipped with a washing system, splits the 16 – 200 mm fraction, two finished products 8 – 16 mm and 4 – 8 mm, and the < 4 mm fraction.
The slurry (made of water and solids < 4 mm) is sent into a bucket wheel to recover the solids.
The over-size aggregates are conveyed to a second dry vibrating screen, which produces the following three final products:
- 70 – 200 mm
- 32 – 70 mm
- 16 – 32 mm
