Description
Pozzato realized an aggregate processing plant installed in Banja Luka, in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and designed to treat 200 tph of Diabase rocks with dimensions 0 – 700 mm.
Thanks to a primary crushing unit equipped with a jaw crusher, the material is reduced in particles 0 – 120 mm that are sent onto a dry vibrating screen in order to obtain the following sizes:
- 0 – 32 mm, stocked on pile as final product or sent to the final screening;
- 32 – 60 mm, stocked on pile as final product or sent to the secondary crushing unit equipped with an impactor;
- 60 – 120 mm, sent to the secondary impact crusher and then conveyed onto the same vibrating screen.
By means the final dry screening unit, the following typical products needed in asphalt milling plants are obtained:
- 0 – 2 mm
- 2 – 4 mm
- 4 – 8 mm
- 8 – 16 mm
- 16 – 22 mm
- 22 – 32 mm
