Description
The Pozzato semi-mobile plant, fitted on skids, installed in Prizren in Kosovo, has been realized to handle 100 tph of very hard and abrasive alluvial material, with dimensions 0 – 400 mm.
The primary crushing unit and the pre-sorting screen split the aggregates in the following fractions:
- 0 – 20 mm, stocked on pile as a waste if it’s too dirty;
- 20 – 100 mm, sent straight to the secondary crushing unit;
- 100 – 400 mm, sent into the jaw crusher.
The material < 100 mm, obtained from the primary unit, feeds the secondary impact crusher; the crushed product is sent to the final dry vibrating screen in order to select the typical fractions needed in the asphalt production plants.
