Jaw crushers for minerals and for demolition waste

We design and manufacture jaw crushers completely in-house.

We use only steels, bearings and castings bought and certified by Italian Company of excellence.

Both our primary jaw crushers and secondary jaw crushers are especially studied to treat hard and abrasive materials and to produce high quality gravel.

Pozzato jaw crushers

We manufacture a wide range of primary and secondary jaw crushers in order to satisfy every crushing demand.

The crusher shell is electro-welded and heat-treated (stress relieving) in order to remove the welding stresses. The bearing housing are in steel and independent from the machine shell: they are easily replaceable, as they are fixed by means of apposite screws.
Jaws, side wear plates and oscillator protection plates, easily replaceable, are made of manganese steel casting.

Each jaw crusher included into the Pozzato range is equipped with a single toggle, a safety “breakage” element, which is affected in case non-crushable objects are introduced into the machine.
The adjustment is made by means of adequate shims inserted in the toggle system. In order to ease the adjustment, the mobile jaw holder is shifted by means of an hydraulic cylinder (controlled by a manual hydraulic unit), whilst the locking is made mechanically, allowing in this way the pre-established position to be kept.

Each jaw crusher is equipped with a centralized greasing system.

Primary jaw crushers

The Pozzato primary jaw crushers range includes two series:

  • The “Standard” one is extremely heavy and specially designed to treat very hard and abrasive rocks.
  • The “Recycling” one has been realized to handle more fragile materials, like the aggregates from the building demolition. Since the “Recycling” designed jaw crushers have been deliberately lightened in order to reduce the initial investment, they are perfectly suitable to be fitted on mobile plants.
